Objective

The F.G. Pfister Stiftung is entrepreneur Fritz Gottlieb Pfister's gift to posterity. Headquartered in Suhr, the foundation has both an entrepreneurial and a strongly social character. It is supervised by the cantonal BVG and foundation supervisory authorities. The F.G. Pfister Stiftung is a foundation within the meaning of Art. 80 of the Swiss Civil Code and has the following purpose:

To ensure the security and continuity of F.G. Pfister Holding AG and its group of companies by exercising shareholders' rights. The aim of the corporate group is to promote innovation and entrepreneurship for the benefit of the Swiss economy and society, with a view to strengthening Switzerland as an economic and living area and as an industrial location.
Pension provision for employees of the F.G. Pfister Holding AG group of companies.
Support and well-being for the employees of the F.G. Pfister Holding AG group of companies.
