The company has also been active in stage construction since 2005. Robin T. Alder is the fourth generation of the family to manage the company.
After a year, Robin T. Alder, co-owner, Chairman of the Board of Directors and CEO of Alder + Eisenhut AG, is handing over the management of the company to Marco Hubeli, who took over responsibility as CEO on December 1.

After around three years and a successful internal succession process, Roger Graf, founder, CEO and co-owner of Promet AG, is handing over the operational management of the company to the management. Erich Flühler - previously COO of Promet AG - will take over as CEO on September 1, 2024.
