F.G. Pfister Stiftung
Purpose of the Foundation.
The F.G. Pfister Stiftung is rooted in the legacy of entrepreneur Fritz Gottlieb Pfister. Its purpose combines entrepreneurial continuity with social responsibility. It ensures the long-term independence of the group of companies, promotes entrepreneurship and innovation, and carries responsibility for the employees of the group.
Ensuring the Continuity of the Group of Companies
The foundation exercises the shareholder rights in F.G. Pfister Holding AG. It thereby provides the foundation for the long-term independence of the group and for an investment model focused not on short-term returns, but on long-term development.
Promoting Innovation and Entrepreneurship
The group of companies held under the foundation’s ownership aims to promote innovation and entrepreneurship for the benefit of the Swiss economy and society. This is reflected in its investment activities: through investments in established Swiss SMEs whose continuity and development are intended to be secured across generations.
Employee Benefits and Welfare
The Foundation bears responsibility for the employees of the Group. This commitment is rooted in Fritz Gottlieb Pfister’s entrepreneurial philosophy and is today institutionally embedded.
Board of Trustees.
The Board of Trustees is the foundation’s highest governing body. It is responsible for ensuring compliance with the foundation’s purpose and for exercising the shareholder rights in the holding company.

Legal Status.
The F.G. Pfister Stiftung is a foundation under private law pursuant to Art. 80 of the Swiss Civil Code, based in Suhr. It is subject to the supervision of the BVG and Foundation Supervisory Authority of the Canton of Aargau, is registered in the Swiss Commercial Register, and is subject to statutory reporting and accountability requirements.
