What the Foundation Provides.
The F.G. Pfister Vorsorgestiftung has a responsibility toward the employees of F.G. Pfister and companies economically affiliated with it. It supports current and former employees and their dependents in dealing with the financial consequences of age-related circumstances, disability, and death.
In exceptional circumstances, the Foundation may extend assistance to individuals facing full or partial unemployment or other situations of financial hardship. In this way, it supplements statutory and occupational pension provisions with an additional layer of support rooted in Fritz Gottlieb Pfister’s entrepreneurial values and commitment to employee welfare.
