What the Foundation Supports.
The F.G. Pfister Kultur- und Sozialstiftung supports projects, institutions, and initiatives that serve the public good in Switzerland. Its focus is on social, cultural, creative, humanitarian, health-promoting, and educational projects. Particular attention is given to projects that strengthen disadvantaged groups and sections of the population.
The Foundation operates on a politically and religiously neutral basis. It has no commercial or self-help purpose. Grants are intended to serve a social purpose, not to promote a brand, an individual, or an organization.

How We Provide Support
The Foundation provides targeted support with a focus on concrete impact. Each year, it supports two to three selected projects as a main partner. In addition, it provides smaller grants to initiatives that align with the Foundation’s purpose. Multi-year partnerships are possible where they are expected to have a lasting impact.
We assess applications based on their social impact, organizational reliability, and transparent funding. Those submitting a project should clearly explain what it aims to achieve, what budget is planned, and which other funding bodies have been approached or are already involved.

Kunsthaus Zofingen
Support for a diverse exhibition program focused on contemporary art, with educational programs for students of all grade levels, guided tours, themed tours, and artist talks.

Wielandleben, Röthenbach in Emmental
With our support, a social educator was able to be hired to provide care and support for residents of the farm who have physical, intellectual, psychological, or social disabilities.

Aarau Integration Center, Rupperswil
At the new location, essential purchases were funded. Furniture for individually furnished private rooms and comfortable common areas helps create a home for residents.
