Our Portfolio.

Nine Swiss companies, different industries, one long-term owner.

F.G. Pfister holds major stakes in Swiss companies that, at first glance, appear to have little in common: mineral water, gearwheels, educational furniture, sports equipment, stainless steel construction, ergonomics, molded components, and functional interior furnishings.

Each investment came to us through a specific succession situation. Each company manages itself, with its own management team, its own brand identity, and its own regional presence.

That is precisely where the strength of the portfolio lies. We are not looking for industry logic, but for entrepreneurial substance. Companies that are rooted in their region, have a functioning business model, and need an owner who takes a long-term approach.

Values

What all the companies have in common.

The industries are different. Operationally, a mineral water company has little in common with a gear manufacturer, just as a Toggenburg-based gymnastics and sports equipment manufacturer has little in common with an educational furniture manufacturer in the Bernese Jura. What connects these companies is not what they do, but the logic behind them: profitable, established, rooted in their regions, with a clear business model and values that we share.

We do not intervene in operations. The brands remain. The locations remain. Management teams lead the companies, while we contribute to strategy and investment decisions through the Board of Directors. This creates stability for employees and speed where it is needed.

Your company might be a fit for our portfolio?

If you lead an established Swiss SME with annual revenue of CHF 10 million or more and are considering a succession solution, an initial conversation may be worthwhile. We will tell you honestly whether our model could be a fit before you commit to a process.
