Jürg Fischer, CEO and Chairman of the Board of Emaform AG in Gontenschwil (AG), sells the majority of the company to F.G. Pfister Holding AG as part of an early, well-structured succession plan. The Holding bundles the entrepreneurial activities of the F.G. Pfister Foundation.
Emaform is a leading Swiss manufacturer of customised polyurethane housings and technical components.
Nothing changes for the approximately 60 employees; all jobs are secured.
Emaform will remain operationally independent; Jürg Fischer retains a minority stake.

Emaform AG, based in Gontenschwil (AG), has been one of Switzerland’s leading manufacturers of plastic housings and technical components made from polyurethane integral rigid foam (IHS) and compact PUR for more than 40 years. With around 60 employees, a modern infrastructure and high production depth, the company serves well known customers in Switzerland and abroad. CEO and Chairman Jürg Fischer initiated the succession process early to secure the long-term future of the company and its jobs in Gontenschwil.

For the F.G. Pfister Foundation, the acquisition marks another milestone in its long-term commitment to securing sustainable SME succession in Switzerland. Since 2020, the Foundation has acquired eight additional companies through its Holding – always with the aim of creating long-term perspectives, safeguarding jobs and promoting responsible corporate governance.

Roland Zaugg will take over as Chairman in January 2026 and continue the commitment to sustainable succession solutions in Swiss SMEs – a clear sign of stability, continuity and long-term thinking.
