GROB AG Nebikon is now a part of the F.G. Pfister Foundation

As part of a succession solution, Fritz Grob, owner and Chairman of the Board of Directors of GROB AG Nebikon, is selling 90% of the company to F.G. Pfister Holding AG, under whose umbrella the entrepreneurial activities of the F.G. Pfister Foundation are bundled.

  • GROB AG Nebikon is a leading Swiss manufacturer and supplier of high-quality gearwheels, bevel gears, worms and worm gears for customers in the machine and vehicle construction, plant and apparatus engineering sectors.

  • The F.G. Pfister Foundation's investment in the family business, which was founded in 1947, is the ideal long-term succession solution for GROB AG Nebikon.

  • For the F.G. Pfister Foundation, this is the eighth investment in three years with a focus on Swiss SMEs looking for a sustainable succession solution.

  • Fritz Grob remains Chairman of the Board of Directors of the company.

  • Nothing will change for the approximately 60 employees of GROB AG Nebikon and all jobs are secure.

GROB AG Nebikon is a leading Swiss manufacturer of gearwheels and supplies customers worldwide in the mechanical and vehicle engineering, plant and apparatus engineering sectors with high-quality precision products. Founded in 1947, the family-owned company is characterized by a high level of innovation and a focus on environmentally conscious production. GROB AG Nebikon currently employs 60 people. Fritz Grob, Chairman of the Board of Directors, has been actively working on a sustainable and future-oriented succession solution for several years. "Through the partnership with the F.G. Pfister Foundation, we are securing the long-term independence of the company. I will be celebrating my 65th birthday next year. I see it as my entrepreneurial responsibility to take timely measures to ensure the future of the company in Nebikon and the preservation of the 60 jobs. The fact that we were in the fortunate position of looking for a partner that suited us perfectly and found one in the F.G. Pfister Foundation fills me with gratitude. We share common entrepreneurial, ecological and social values, which makes this partnership all the more meaningful," says Fritz Grob, who will continue to serve as Chairman of the Board of Directors of GROB AG Nebikon.
